Sail through the Amsterdam Light Festival on a quiet electric sloop. The cruise runs along the canals in the centre and east of the city, past the Magere Brug and the Amstel locks, and shows about 20 of the festival's light artworks from the water.
The boat has a closing canopy, so the cruise goes ahead in rain. Blankets are on board and the cabin is heated. There is a toilet on board and the captain tells you about the artworks along the way.
Good to know
- Edition 15 of the festival runs from 26 November 2026 to 17 January 2027. The artworks are lit from 16:30 to 23:00 every day (until 21:00 on 31 December).
- The cruise takes 75 minutes and covers about 5 kilometres.
- Choose your ticket when you book. The ticket with drinks includes unlimited Glühwein, beer, wine and soft drinks. With the standard ticket you buy drinks on board.
- Children aged 4 to 12 pay a lower price.
- You sail on one of the company's covered electric boats, the same boat for both tickets.
