3. Sit Back & Enjoy: Relax in our intimate salon boat and experience Amsterdam from the water, away from the crowds of the larger tour boats.
4. Return: After approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, we return to the original departure point

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
Private Cruises
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be charged.
The cancellation policy also applies to any pre-booked add-ons, food, drinks or packages included in the reservation.

In the unlikely event that Lamardri Boat Cruises has to cancel a cruise due to unsafe weather conditions, technical issues or other circumstances that prevent us from operating the cruise safely, guests will be offered the option to reschedule their cruise or receive a full refund.
