This one-hour Amsterdam canal cruise departs from the edge of the Red Light District, slipping quietly onto the water aboard a fully electric boat. You'll join a small group of up to 25 guests, greeted with a welcome liquor and a snack before the cruise even begins. A host or hostess is on hand throughout, taking drink orders from the onboard bar while the skipper shares stories about the city passing by.
The route threads through the old centre and out along the Amstel River. Expect to pass the Old Church, the Maritime Museum, and the Skinny Bridge, with its distinctive white drawbridge frame. The boat also takes in the Seven Bridges viewpoint and the leaning canal houses locals call the Dancing Houses. It's a considered loop through the historic canal ring, unhurried enough to actually take things in.
The boat runs year-round with warm blankets for cooler days and umbrellas if the weather turns. Seating is comfortable, and the bar stocks beer, wine, spirits, and soft drinks — you can order as you go and pay at the end by card or cash. Additional snacks are available to purchase if the welcome nibble leaves you wanting more. Free cancellation is included, and the crew asks that you arrive fifteen minutes before departure to secure your seat. A small Amsterdam boat tour that covers real ground without rushing it.

“We had a fantastic time on the friendship boat in Amsterdam with the unlimited drinks option. Captain Daan and our host Clement were brilliant — they were very informative, great fun, and really helped make the experience memorable. The atmosphere on board was relaxed and enjoyable, and learning about the boat and the city from them made it even better. They also distil their own vodka, which is available to buy on board, and we couldn’t resist taking some home with us. A great experience with excellent hosts — highly recommended!”

“Perfektná agentúra doslova všetkým. Prístupom, akciami, plavbami i výkladom počas nich. Lode sú veľké, pohodlné a nehlučné. Personál úslužný a nápomocný. Plavby sú zaujímavé a čas počas nich doslova letí. Skutočne nemôžem povedať jediné krivé slovo. Za svoje peniaze dostanete ešte viac ako očakávate a to myslím od spomienok cez zážitky až po chutné vína či snack, za ktorý sa oplatí priplatiť si. Kapitán ochotne a zaujímavo podá výklad počas plavby, pričom niektoré informácie sú tak super, že na ne nikdy nezabudnete. A ešte jedno osobné veľké plus k tejto agentúre, nemusíte sa obávať, že keby ste pri svojich plavbách náhodou niekde omylom vytratili svoje cennosti, tak že ich už nikdy nenájdete. Všetky straty a nálezy následne nájdete u nich na centrále, o čom vás detailne upovedomia aj s časmi, kedy sa tam môžete staviť. Ľudkovia skutočne ďakujeme od srdca za nevšedný zážitok, na ktorý budeme s priateľom ešte veľmi dlho spomínať. A ostatní jednoznačne neváhajte a ak môžete, objednávajte lístky vopred cez internet na plavby tejto agentúry. Neoľutujete ani jediný cent a to myslím najkritickejšie možne. Čiže smelo sem!”

“Waste of money. Don’t believe the reviews. They pressure you to write a 5 star review while standing over you to pay for the cruise at the end. Then they commented 3 times to “make sure you leave a tip.” The driver, Ward, only pointed out about 6 things bc he was on his phone. Ivan only pointed out 3 things bc they overfilled the boat and he was serving drinks. They’re required to drop you off in a different location than departure but they didn’t tell us how to get back to the departure spot. When I reported my experience to the boarding staff her only concern was that I name the 2 staff so everyone doesn’t get a bad review. She had little concern for my horrible experience. She was part of the problem by overfilling the boat. Book with a different company that will engage with you and tell you about the area. These people only care about false positive reviews!”
