Unfortunatly our boat is not wheelchair accesible.
1. Pick-up: Board your Private boat at the agreed Pick up point in Amsterdam.
2. Cruise: Relax and enjoy a private cruise through Amsterdam's iconis canals. Your local captain will take you past beautiful canal houses, historic bridges and some of the most memorable sights.
3. Tailored to you: As this is a priate experience, the route can betailored where possible to your wishes, cruise duration and pick-up/drop-off location.
4. Drop-off: At the end of your cruise, we'll drop you off at the agreed location.
Please arrive at the agreed pick-up location 10 minutes before departure.
Your exact meeting point and pick up details will be confirmed with you prior to your cruise.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please let us know in advance about any special requests, accessibility requirements, dietary requirements.
Smoking and the use of drugs is not permitted on board.
Guests must follow the captain's safety instructions at all times.
Cruise routes and pick-up/drop-off locations are subject to accessibility, local regulations, canal traffic and weather conditions.
Public Cruises
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
Private Cruises
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be charged.
The cancellation policy also applies to any pre-booked add-ons, food, drinks or packages included in the reservation.
Cancellation by Lamardri Boat Cruises
In the unlikely event that Lamardri Boat Cruises has to cancel a cruise due to unsafe weather conditions, technical issues or other circumstances that prevent us from operating the cruise safely, guests will be offered the option to reschedule their cruise or receive a full refund.
