This 75-minute amsterdam canal cruise takes a small group of up to 16 guests through the city's waterways aboard a quiet electric boat. You'll board at Keizersgracht 92H, settle into your seat, and let the captain handle the rest. The pace is unhurried, the commentary comes from someone who knows these canals well, and there's enough time to actually look around rather than rush past everything.
Each ticket includes a drink of your choice — local beer, wine, juice, soft drinks, tea, or coffee. If you want something to eat alongside, there's the option to pre-order a borrel box separately: a selection of Dutch cheeses, charcuterie, crackers, honey, mustard, dried fruits, smoked nuts, fresh berries, and pickles. It's not included in the ticket price, but it's there if you want it.
The boat is fully enclosed with heating, so rain or cooler weather won't cut the trip short. Children of all ages are welcome — there's a reduced fare for kids 2 to 14, and under-twos can join as tiny co-pilots at no extra charge. “I cannot say enough positive things about this company and experience. I opted for the 2 hour Ultimate Canal Cruise, and was on the “Pure Spirit” with Bram as the captain & guide. From start to finish the tour was fantastic. A good selection of wines, beer, coffee, and tea were provided. There was also a nice selection of shared snacks (cheese, crackers, etc). Bram was a great and skilled captain. It was a nice way to experience Amsterdam and see sites that would otherwise not be seen. “We heard about them through a travel guide saying they're local company and that they're better than tourist ones in the center. The lady who booked us was very nice and even gave us a discount for booking in late but we didn't expect much of it just a boat ride nothing more. However our captain was there to change our expectations. The weather was a bit bad, it was raining and was windy so the people who were supposed to be with us canceled and we had a private tour. The guy was were nice offered us blankets and umbrellas if it starts raining even though the boat had a cover in place. He talked about some Amsterdam history and fun facts and all in all it was a very pleasant experience. We thought it would be nice but it was even better so it's money well spent would recommend to everyone.”
