What happens when it rains?
The tour can always take place. Except in case of storms or when the canals are frozen (unique situation).
What catering options do you have?
You can cancel your tour within 7 days of booking.
Rescheduling more than 14 days before the trip is free.
Canceling 14 to 7 days before the trip costs 50%.
Canceling within 7 days of the trip means full charges apply.
Are your cruises suitable for kids?
Yes, we love kids and have different sizes of life jackets available for children at no cost to use on our boats.
Can I bring my buggy/wheelchair on board?
That's acceptable as long as it's properly folded and you have given us notice beforehand. In the event that there are other families on board with a stroller or wheelchair, we may need to schedule and coordinate it at a different time.
Is there an audio guide in foreign languages on board the cruise?
