Regardless of the weather, Geertje ensures a pleasant experience. With a retractable cover and onboard umbrellas, we're prepared for rain. If heavy rain persists, we're open to rescheduling your journey for the best canal experience.
What's the cancellation policy
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before departure, after that time we reserve the right to refund only 50% of the total payment. Without timely cancelation, no refunds are possible!
In any case, when the tour is canceled due to bad weather conditions or technical problems, the tickets will automatically be refunded including any card fees.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Sure, you're welcome to bring your own food! We kindly request avoiding items that could potentially stain the deck or couches. As we offer a wide variety of drinks on our boats, we encourage you to utilize our onboard bar. If you prefer to bring your own drinks, a corkage fee of €15 per person will apply.
Can I bring my pet?
While we adore animals, we can't guarantee that all guests will feel the same, so pets are not permitted on our shared cruises. However, on our private cruises, pets are welcome, as long as you bring a suitable mat for them to sit on.
